Looking For an Easy Solution To Setting up your Own Personal Gym - you have landed at the right Place. A Few Reasons you Might be Thinking off setting up a Personal Gym could be

1. The Annual Expense of Going to the Gym is Way Higher on an Average a good Gym Will Cost up to INR 3000/- Per Month which is INR 36,000/- Annually Additional to that INR 3000/- Membership Fee on a General + Traveling Expense of Minimum 20/- Per Day per Visit so INR 40/- may It be on a Taxi or the Cost of your Vehicle Fues - MultiPly that by a Minimum of 300 Days in a Year = INR 12,000/- annually. cost of a Personal Gym Trainer Might Be Some where 1500/- PM to a Minimum* 12 Months = 18,000/-

2. Hygiene Factor- Too many People Use the Same Equipments - Train Very Hard and Sweat too Much - and you are bound to use the Same Equipments - Leading to Certain Skin Illness

3. Personal Factor - In a Gym you may not be able to concentrate too much on your Work-Outs as there is always Some-one waiting after you for the machine or Vice Versa - and for that factor the Music Might Not be of your Taste.

Similarly there may be Various other Reasons you might want toSetup your Private Gym.

The Space -

Utilise that Extra Room at your House - Personalise your Gym with the Posters that Motivate you - your Creation is limitless - For me the Posters of Dragon Ball Z.. and the Rocky Movie Sets me into Motivation.

The Paint Job Should mostly Be Bright and Lively - Dull Colours Seems to get your Work-Outs Dull as well.

a Good Speaker System is a Must and this is what Juices your Reps to More counts with all the Work - Out Motivational Play List.

Mirrors Again are a Must Have for your Gym - you Feel good when you Do your Biceps and watch your Muscles Beef up on the mirror - it Really Sets you Up.

Flooring Is an good Investment if you want to Protect those Floors of yours / or Yourself from your Mom to Ruin Her Floor - Rubber Tiles are Great Gym Flooring Options.

Most Importantly - The Equipments and accessories.

It is very Important understand that there are Various Work- Outs Our there so Focus on What you need the Most Initially - If you are a Footballer and your Run a Lot in on the Field - then skip out on the Cardio and Go more for Weight Training Equipments - and Similarly - If the Main Criteria for you is to Reduce those Fats - Then go For Cardio as well as Strength - you could as well Focus on Cross -Fit but that is in the Later Stages..

To Setup a #Personal Gym - Divide your Work-Outs into Two simple Segments

1. CARDIO - Equipments for Sweating and Burning

2. STRENGTH - Equipments for Weight Lifting and Muscle Building

Listed below are a Few General Equipments which I feel are necessary for a Home Gym to get the Entire Body Toned the right Way

1. A GOOD DOMESTIC TREADMILL-

Invest on a Good Treadmill - these days There are many treadmills that offer Suspensions / Shock - Observers - which are Knee friendly and good for those Joints - Buy a Treadmill as per your Needs - the Minimum Spec should be At lease a one which can take the weight of 110 Kg's User Weight for home Use - and Depending upon the Number of Users opt for an AC or a DC Motorised Treadmills - DC motors are Good For Domestic Use and cost of them can be used Straight for Upto 1 Hrs - if there are only 2-4 members to Use the Machiene then a DC motor should be Sufficient - But if there are More than 4 Members Invest on a Bit Pricey Domestic AC motor Treadmill - But Do Get that Extra Features that are Nowadays offered - such as Auto Incline / Decline 0 Inbuilt Programmes Etc - Most of the Treadmills have Inbuilt Speaker for Music, But do not rely Too much on that a the Speakers on the Machiene are not very Good - no Matter the Price of the Treadmill

The Cost of a Good Domestic Motorised Treadmill may range From from INR 35,000/- to INR 1,30,000/- But I Recommend to Select a Budget of Somewhere Between 55,000 to 90,000/-. any thin below the cost of 35,000/- is a Future Head ace to you.

Local Service of the Machine from the Dealer himself is the Most Important thing to look Out for - and Please do Get a Good And Trusted Brand.

2. AN EXERCISE BIKE

A Cycle is as Important as the Treadmill and No - both are not the same, Both are Designed to Focus on different Muscles of your Body - though Running is Beneficial to your Over all Body - Cycle Tones you Abdominal Muscles and Legs in a Better Fashion as Compared to he Treadmill - and Preforming on a Cycle May not be as easy as Running the Same Distance on a Bike.

A Good Domestic Bike Should be within a Cost Range of INR 10,000/- Upto INR 40,000/-

7. FLOORING - PROFESSIONAL RUBBER GYM FLOORING

A Good Flooring is a Necessity for that Home Gym, You would not Want to Destroy that Beautiful Tile or Marble of your House - For this I would I would Suggest to Divide your Room into two Halves - in the first Half where you would be Doing your Weight Lifting and Probably Throw around your Dumbbell o Weights Give that Area to Rubber Tile Flooring as these are 10 mm thick and Hard Rubber Mats that can Absorb the weight of the "Weights" and Hence Protect your Floor - a Standard Matt Approximately covers 2.63 Qf of space - so Calculate the Number of Rubber Tiles Required by you. Rubber tiles also puts More Feel Into the Gym Room and Make it feel Work-Out Serious Kinda Atmosphere

8. WEIGHT PLATES AND RODS

Only 1 Statement Purchase Good Quality 28 MM thickness SS (Special Steel) Quality Rods and Don't Compromise on Safety on Gym - Though a bit Expensive than the Rods Available in the Markets - but better to be safe than to be sorry - I would Suggest that for the starting Phase Just Keep a 6 Ft straight Rod, 4 Ft. Straight Rod and 4 Ft. Curled Rod - these Should Cover all your Basic Exercises such as Chest Press, Squats, Biceps, Wrists Etc.

A Good 28 MM SS Steel Rod May Start from Somewhere around 900/- for 3 Ft.
