Setting up a Personal Gym may not be as expensive as you think it to be




YES.. you read it Correct- Setting up a Home Gym May Not be as expensive as you may think - off course with a wide variety of Fitness Equipment available today the Budget you set may no limit -


but think before you start planning to set up your Home Gym.


There are Basic Points to Consider before you plan to set up a Gym at your Home.


Point No. 1:

Your Taste.

Sit Back and Think on about what you want your main focus to be During Work-out - for Some May be a full Cardio Work-out, For Some would like to focus only on their Muscle and Strength where some may want a Cross fit Setup or a Calisthenic or more Subtle with Yoga Work -outs. Prioritise on what you need and things will get much simpler.

Set up a Comfortable workout space for yourself - once you have set your mind on what kind Work-out you would like to focus on - try finding a Suitable Space for the Same - For Example - For Yoga your Balcony would be the Perfect Place where as for Other kind of Workout - your Spare Garage of Preferably your Garden of a Spare room on the Ground Floor - if you have a Room on upper floors you may want to invest on good Gym Flooring so that the shocks and Sounds may be absorbed.

Set up a Budget - Browse the Net and as per your Focus on Workout jot down the Equipments you may Require - once you have done it - go through your List again and see the Equipments which can be Made by your Self - DIY is the Best place to Save a lot of cash and most of the Simple workouts can be Done with DIY Equipments - but also avoid DIY whereThings Can get Risky - Specifically where Weights are Required - Invest in Good quality Equipments form well known brands, and Accordingly work on your Budget.
